Carioca is what we call those born in Rio de Janeiro… and those who chose the city as their home. In this feel-good comedy anthology, we follow the stories of five foreigners in Rio: an Argentinian psychologist, a German conductor, a Syrian refugee, an Israeli soldier, and an Angolan poet. What do they have in common? They all count on Francisco, a true Carioca, to navigate the city's peculiar way of life.
